Providing nutritious meals to our students is our commitment of DELTA as we recognize that well-nourished children are better equipped to learn. Breakfast and lunch is provided by the Denver Public School Food and Nutrition Services.  Breakfast is free to all students, there is a charge for lunch however students may qualify for free or reduced lunch.

Students may use the cafeteria during breakfast and lunch hours. Food and drink will not be sold at any other time. Breakfast will be served in the cafeteria from 8:30am to 8:55am daily. Lunch will be served between 11:49am to 12:36pm. 

Food may be eaten in the cafeteria or main office. Areas must be kept clean. All food or drinks (outside or cafeteria) must be consumed before the lunch period ends. Students cannot bring unconsumed food into the classroom. Water (in bottles) is allowed in classes, but not in computer labs.

DELTA High School has an open campus for lunch. Students are expected to be back at school and in their classrooms on time. Continued violations could result in revoking this privilege.
